It really took me like an hour to post this. I couldn’t concentrate. Im STILL full.

The cilantro, blood orange butter was really good. I loved the bitter taste of the blood orange, and it turned the butter pink!

Baking the bacon first, then wrapping the shrimp with it, was really smart. The shrimps were cooked PERFECTLY. And it wasn’t that expensive either. I bought a half pound of shrimps and a half pound of the thick cut bacon from the butcher. 12 shrimps total, four for each of us. The boys were fighting over the last ones on the plate.

My squash was lacking something this time. I realized that I forgot to drizzle some olive oil and lemon on it. Oh well. Everything else was exceptional as usual.

Tomorrow, we’ll be having leftover grilled pineapple for breakfast, breakfast burritos with tri tip, grilled veggies, eggs, and potatoes.

Now I’m going to bed.
